Founder of Natural Koan Fitness, Guy is a experienced Focused Awards Level 3 qualified and fully insured personal trainer, with 9+ years experience in strength and resistance training.
Through years of training and overcoming life-restricting injuries, Guy has developed a training style that blends weights with bodyweight exercises to help you smash your fitness goals while bulletproofing your body to handle whatever life throws your way.
