  • Where do we meet? 

    The current bootcamp will be on the Bowling green behind the Manor Rooms in Trowse, Norwich.
  • Do I need to bring anything?

    For summer > Bring plenty of water for hydration, gloves if you’d like to protect your hands and wear suitable clothing and footwear for exercising in.

    For winter > Bring a water bottle for hydration, gloves if you’d like to protect your hands, and a hoodie or extra layer to wear before and during the warm-up, especially if it’s cold. Wear suitable footwear, ideally water-resistant, as the sessions take place on grass and we’re heading into winter.
