I've struggled for way over a decade to get back into shape following a bad basketball injury, lacking the motivation and consistency needed to make any real progress. Enter Guy, who has been nothing short of a game-changer for me. His support and enthusiasm have started to get me back in shape and Guy's tailored workout plan and motivational techniques not only pushes me beyond my current limits every week but also made those sessions enjoyable. Thanks to him, I'm finally seeing the results and feeling more confident in my journey to better health. I highly recommend Guy to anyone needing that extra push to achieve their fitness goals! 5 STAR!

Guy has listened to my needs and worked with my strengths and weaknesses to focus on improving my squat technique through a variety of methods, in addition to whole body strength workouts. He is very knowledgeable in biomechanics and great at making suggestions to accommodate my dodgy knees. His calm and friendly nature makes him a great choice for gym first timers or those needing a confidence boost.

Frequently asked questions:
- Where do we meet?
By Trowse Common Play Area, I will have bright lights lighting the bootcamp so should be easily spotted.
- Do I need to bring anything?
Bring a water bottle for hydration, gloves if you’d like to protect your hands, and a hoodie or extra layer to wear before and during the warm-up, especially if it’s cold. Wear suitable footwear, ideally water-resistant, as the sessions take place on grass and we’re heading into winter.
