Cancellation Policy
Personal Training:
- Clients must provide 48 hours' notice to cancel a personal training session. If canceled within this timeframe, they will receive a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs within less than 48 hours, the client will still be charged for the session.
- If I, the personal trainer, cancel a session, the client will be notified via WhatsApp, will not be charged and if possible, have a their session rescheduled.
Bootcamps:
Client Cancellations (Before Start of Bootcamp):
- Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the start of the bootcamp if they wish to cancel their place and receive a refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
Coach Cancellations / Severe Weather:
- If a session needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather), every effort will be made to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, appropriate communication will be provided.
Please note: Eventbrite booking fees are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be covered as part of any refund.
Bootcamp Money Back Guarantee Policy
If, after completing the full 6-week bootcamp, a client feels they did not receive value or are unsatisfied for any reason, they are entitled to a refund — no questions asked.

Bootcamp Minimum Numbers Policy
If minimum participant numbers are not met, the bootcamp may not go ahead. In this case, all pre-booked and paid clients will receive a refund.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy
Personal Data Collection:
As part of the services offered, new clients are required to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire).
- For Personal Training sessions, this data will be stored digitally and securely.
- For Bootcamps, the forms will be stored physically in a secure location.
Data Retention:
- Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to provide services. Once the client relationship has ended, or the data is no longer required, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
- In accordance with UK GDPR regulations, there is no predefined retention period for personal data. However, data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the original purpose for which it was collected. We will conduct regular reviews to ensure that personal data is not kept longer than required, and any information that is no longer needed will be securely deleted.
