Cancellation Policy
Personal Training:
- Clients must provide 48 hours' notice to cancel a personal training session. If canceled within this timeframe, they will receive a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs within less than 48 hours, the client will still be charged for the session.
- If I, the personal trainer, cancel a session, the client will be notified via WhatsApp, will not be charged and if possible, have a their session rescheduled.
Bootcamps:
Single and double ticket holders
- For bootcamp sessions, clients must also provide 48 hours' notice to cancel. If canceled within this period, the client will receive a full refund.
- If canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, the full fee will be charged.
- If I, the trainer, have to cancel a bootcamp (e.g., due to severe bad weather), clients will be notified via email and will be moved onto the next bootcamp session. If re-schedualling is not possilbe, the customer will be issued a full refund.
Multi Day Class Pass Holders
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available only if requested at least 48 hours before the first session of the class pass series.
- If a refund is requested 48 hours or more before the first session, the full fee will be refunded and the client will be removed from all sessions included in the class pass.
- No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 48 hours before the first session.
- Due to the discounted nature of Multi Day Class Passes, refunds for individual sessions are not available. Instead, we offer to transfer your participation to the next scheduled session that suits you.
- If I, the trainer, must cancel a session (e.g., due to severe weather), clients will be notified via email and moved over to the next suitable scheduled session.
- Policy Acceptance: By purchasing a ticket or class pass, clients agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.
Bootcamp Attendance Policy
- Multi Day Class Pass holders are expected to attend the scheduled sessions. Missed sessions by the client are not eligible for refunds. Instead, we offer to transfer your participation to the next scheduled session that suits you.
- Drop-In Participants: We will accept drop-ins on the day, provided there is available space.
- Checking for Cancellations: If you plan to attend as a drop-in participant, please check our website at least three hours before the scheduled session to ensure the event is still proceeding as planned.
Data Protection and Privacy Policy
Personal Data Collection:
As part of the services offered, new clients are required to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire).
- For Personal Training sessions, this data will be stored digitally and securely.
- For Bootcamps, the forms will be stored physically in a secure location.
Data Retention:
- Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to provide services. Once the client relationship has ended, or the data is no longer required, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
- In accordance with UK GDPR regulations, there is no predefined retention period for personal data. However, data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the original purpose for which it was collected. We will conduct regular reviews to ensure that personal data is not kept longer than required, and any information that is no longer needed will be securely deleted.
